In the “Notable News” section, we will keep you updated about the latest laws regarding to taxes and invoices such as re-scheduling the application of e-invoices for 01 July 2022, tax administration with regard to enterprises conducting associated transactions under Decree 132/2020/NDCP, guidelines on some articles of the Law on Tax Administration 2019, and notably, changes in the administrative penalties for tax and invoice violations.
