In the “Notable News” section, we will keep you updated on some novelties on business registration; new guidance on contents of labour contract; and guidance on the tax payment time limit for imports and exports.
In the next “Article” section, we would introduce an article by Mr. Tran Thanh Tung, Partner of GV Lawyers, titled “M&A transactions: Noteworthy points when the legal framework changes“. This article was published on Saigon Economic Times dated 20 January 2021.
In “Good readings for you” section, we would review two articles related to Proposal on issuing pink certificates for condotel apartments; and Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association proposed a support for businesses to endure through the pandemic.
