We assisted South Rach Chiec City LLC – an affiliate of Kepple Land (Singapore) in Vietnam in its successful corporate bond issuance of about VND2,000 billion by 02 stages of private placements for the development of Palm City Project (using 30,2 hectares land), in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
