Cách Để Tránh Đạo Văn

Đạo văn, hay diễn đạt lại ý tưởng hoặc ngôn từ của người khác như của mình, sẽ dẫn đến nhiều hệ quả nghiêm trọng trong bất cứ thời điểm nào. Hai ví dụ điển hình về hậu quả của việc đạo văn chính là việc học sinh thi trượt và việc Phó Tổng thống hiện nay của Mỹ - Joe Biden không thể đắc cử tổng thống vào năm 1988. Bài viết này sẽ đề cập đến một số cách giúp bạn tránh khỏi việc đạo văn một cách cố ý hoặc đạo văn ngoài ý muốn.

Hiểu rõ khái niệm đạo văn. Đạo văn được định nghĩa trong cuốn từ điển American Heritage như sau: "Đạo văn là sử dụng trái phép hoặc sao chép quá mức từ ngữ, ý tưởng của người khác và coi như đó là của mình".Vì vậy, đạo văn không đơn giản chỉ là sao chép y nguyên từ ngữ mà còn bao gồm ý nghĩa của cả tác phẩm. Không thể lấy cái cớ đó là từ đồng nghĩa hay không có sự giống nhau về mặt từ ngữ để biện minh cho hành vi đạo văn. Bạn nên thực hiện nghiêm chỉnh bằng cách tự viết bằng lời văn của chính mình và sau đó trích dẫn các nguồn mà bạn đã tham khảo. Để giúp bản thân có thể viết được một đoạn văn tốt mà không quá sát nghĩa so với bản gốc (giống như kiểu “bê” nguyên bản gốc thành của mình), thay vì chép lại những gì đã đọc từ bản gốc, bạn hãy suy nghĩ về ý nghĩa được chứa đựng trong những câu văn để xem chúng phản ánh điều gì.

Bản gốc: “Luật pháp ở xứ này cấm người nô lệ được nhận thù lao từ chủ của họ dù có phải thực hiện những tội ác ghê tởm nhất.”

Đạo văn: "Luật pháp ở xứ này ngăn cấm người nô lệ được nhận tiền bồi thường từ chủ của họ dù có phải thực hiện những tội ác ghê tở nhất.”
Không phải đạo văn: "Theo luật pháp Hoa Kỳ tại thời điểm này, ngay cả khi những người nô lệ bị thương, bị tra tấn hay bị chế giễu thì họ cũng không có quyền nhận thù lao từ chủ của họ (Jefferson, 157)."
Những trường hợp sau cũng bị coi là đạo văn:
Tải một tờ báo trên mạng.
Thuê người khác viết bài.
Cố tình biến ý tưởng của người khác thành của mình.

Hãy tìm hiểu kỹ về vấn đề mà bạn đang muốn nói tới. Khi đã hiểu rõ về sự vật, sự việc nào đó thì bạn sẽ có thể viết về chúng theo chính phong cách của bản thân thay vì lấy kiến thức từ người khác. Tìm hiểu các thông tin về chủ đề bạn đang hướng tới từ sách báo hoặc trên mạng, dù thế nào đi nữa thì sách báo vẫn có nhiều thông tin độc quyền, chính xác hơn so với mạng Internet.

Có một bí quyết đó là hãy tham khảo thông tin từ nhiều nguồn khác nhau để hạ thấp khả năng mắc phải tình trạng đạo văn. Ví dụ, khi nghiên cứu về chế độ nô lệ, nếu chỉ dựa vào một cuốn sách nói về chế độ này thì khả năng bạn sẽ sao chép một cách vô tình hoặc đạo văn sẽ cao hơn là khi bạn tham khảo từ ba cuốn sách khác nhau nhưng có cùng một chủ đề, đó cũng có thể bao gồm một tài liệu và hai bản gốc.

How to French Kiss

Keep your lips soft. A soft, smooth, and slightly moist mouth is ideal for kissing. Before you move in, you should make sure your lips aren't chapped or dry so your partner isn't distracted or put off by the state of your lips.^[1]If you want to soften your lips before you go in for the kiss, you should try these quick fixes:
- Use chapstick. Swipe some over your lips and press them together.(If you're a girl and you have flavored chapstick, all the better!) The only caveat is that you should apply lip balm or gloss an hour or more before you kiss, so your kissing partner feels your soft lips, not the thick layer of gloss over them.
- Drink water. Dry lips are a sign of dehydration, so throw back a tall glass of water (or two).You should notice your lips starting to smooth out within 20 to 30 minutes.
- Lick your lips. If you're really in a pinch and have no time to spare, quickly run your tongue over your lips and press them together. This should moisten them slightly without making them slobbery or slick.^[4]You can even lick your lips a bit subtly while making eye contact with your kissing partner.

Freshen your breath. You never want to have bad breath when you are about to kiss someone, whether the kiss is a French kiss or not. Because your mouth will be open in a French kiss, fresh breath is especially important. Practice good dental hygiene. If you know you are about to kiss someone, take a second to brush your teeth or at least rinse out your mouth with water.
- Always have breath mints or mint-flavored gum with you if you think there is a chance you might kiss someone while you are out. If you want to be subtle, you can quickly suck on a breath mint or chew gum for a minute in the bathroom, so you don't make it too obvious that you're ready to kiss.
- Avoid foods that leave an unpleasant aftertaste or residue, particularly garlic, coffee, onions, milk, and corn. If you're on a dinner date before the big kiss, try to eat strategically.

Cách để Chiết xuất Tinh dầu từ Lá bạc hà

Chọn một loại dung dịch dùng để chiết. Rượu vốt ca, hoặc các loại rượu từ ngũ cốc có nồng độ cao khác, là tốt nhất, do có cả nước và cồn rượu giúp hoà tan dầu. Mặc dù giấm táo hoặc glycerin cũng có thể dùng thay thế, hỗn hợp cồn thuốc cuối cùng sẽ ít mạnh hơn và có thời gian sử dụng ngắn hơn.^[1]Cồn thuốc tự làm, cũng giống như tinh dầu vani mà bạn mua ở cửa hàng, thường được dùng với lượng nhỏ nên phần cồn thường không có hiệu quả đáng kể.

Đối với lá bạc hà khô, dùng vốt ca có chứa 45-60% cồn rượu (90-120 proof).
Đối với lá bạc hà tươi, do chúng đã có sẵn nước, dùng vốt ca hay Everclear với 90-95% cồn rượu (180-190 proof).
